Why Does My Brother Printer Say No Paper? [Solution] – Brother Printer Does Not Pickup Paper
Your Brother printer will display the “No Paper” error if:
i. There is no paper in the paper tray.
ii. The paper tray was not loaded properly.
iii. The paper source is not selected correctly in your Brother printer driver.
To resolve this problem, you simply have to load paper in the selected paper tray. Do this in the following steps…
Step 1: Open the first paper support flap and close the second paper support. Now, Remove the paper tray from the printer.
Step 2: Open the paper tray output cover by raising the locking tab.
Step 3: Press and slide the paper glide for the width and length to fit the size of the paper you want to load.
Step 4: Get the papers you want to load and fan through them.
Step 5: Also, look through the papers to ensure none is curled, folded, or wrinkled. If any is, it could result in a Brother printer “Paper Jam” error.
Step 6: Avoid overfilling the paper tray. According to Brother, your paper tray#1 and #2 can hold about 250 20Ib paper. So do not exceed this.
Step 7: Slide the papers from the top edge into the paper tray. Ensure the print side faces down.
Step 8: Avoid pushing the paper too far up the tray as this may result in paper feed issues.
Step 9: Adjust the paper glides, ensure they touch the paper edges.

Step 10: Gently but firmly put the paper tray into the printer completely.
