Step 4: Load the photo paper stack into your printer’s paper tray. Ensure that the paper’s short edge is facing your printer while the glossy or print side faces down the tray.

Step 5: Push the paper stack completely into your printer’s paper tray.

Step 6: Move the width guides to rest on the sides of the stack.

Step 7: Close your printer’s paper tray door.

Step 8: Open the extender of your printer’s paper tray.

4. How to feed Photo Paper (4 x 6 inch (10 x 15 cm)) into HP Photosmart 8050, 7850, 7450, and 7260 Photo Cassette

Do the steps below to feed photo paper (4 x 6 inch (10 x 15 cm) into HP Photosmart 8050, 7850, 7450, and 7260 photo cassette:

Step 1: Lift your printer’s top cover.

Step 2: Take the photo cassata out of its sheath.

Step 3: Load a maximum of 15 photo paper sheets into the cassette. Ensure that the print side faces down. If you are using a paper with tabs, ensure that the edge with the tabs enters the photo cassette first.

Step 4: Raise your printer’s main cover.

Step 5: Move the width guide leftward until it can move further.

Step 6: Raise your printer’s Out tray.

Step 7: Take out any sheet of paper in the Out tray.

Step 8: Place the cassette in the tray’s far-right corner.
