Step 1: Turn on your Brother Printer.
Step 2: Open the Printer’s Menu.
Step 3: Use the navigation arrow keys to select “General Setup”.
Step 4: Press “OK”.

Step 3: Press the “Back” or “Clear Button”. You will be taken to the printer’s Reset Menu as a result of this action.
Step 4: Choose the reset option.

Step 6: After your selection, press “OK”.
