Step 2: Ensure your computer has an available USB. Also, don’t connect your printer to any docking station or USB hub. If you do this, the machine may not operate properly due to insufficient power.

Step 3: Switch the printer and connect your USB cable to your computer and printer.

Step 4: The message “Found new hardware” will be displayed. Follow the on-screen instructions to install your printer. If you can now print, then the driver has been successfully installed. If you can’t, then do the steps below to complete the setup.

Step 5: Search for “Add a Printer or Scanner” from Windows and run it.
