2. Remove the Jam Manually
There are several places in the printer where a paper jam can happen in. Do the following steps to remove paper jams in these places.

To solve the issue, you need to clean the areas where debris can collect.
I. Cartridge Access Rollers

Step 3: You can secure the connection in three different ways; with HP Smart, WPS, and Wi-Fi Direct.
With WPS
Some routers don’t support WPS. So, if yours doesn’t, simply skip this and go to HP Smart.
Step 1: Press your printer’s power and wireless buttons simultaneously and hold on to them for about 3 seconds.

2. Press Your Printer’s Information Key
If the printer prints the information page, then the problem has been fixed. If it doesn’t, then the printer is in its recovery mode.
When this happens, your printer will automatically re-download the firmware. The time with which it would do this is based on the speed of your network. However, 2 hours should be enough for the download to get complete.
